Calibrating is when we cut stones to precise dimensions that fit standard jewellery settings – for example, a 6mm round or 7x5mm oval. Unlike free cutting which focuses on weight, calibrating prioritises exact size so your stone drops perfectly into pre‑made mountings. Our tolerance is within +/-0.1mm. Perfect for mass production or setting into ready‑made jewellery. 📐💍
